In this remote opportunity, you'll play an important role in coordinating project activities, gathering business requirements, and supporting Agile and traditional project delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning ideas into actionable plans.
What’s In It for You
• Work remotely while collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to multiple projects, delivery methodologies, and business improvement initiatives.
• Build your project management expertise through hands-on involvement in planning, governance, and Agile delivery.
• Join a collaborative environment where your organizational skills, initiative, and ideas are valued.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate multiple projects, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and managing project documentation.
• You'll facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, capturing decisions, requirements, and follow-up actions.
• You'll support requirements gathering, scope definition, process mapping, and the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and project deliverables.
• You'll contribute to Agile and hybrid delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions.
• You'll maintain project governance documentation, including RAID logs, change requests, decision logs, and steering committee materials.
• You'll monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating concerns and supporting timely resolution.
• You'll prepare dashboards, metrics, presentations, and reports while coordinating resources and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of business experience supporting projects, programs, organizational change, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and project administration.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, scope management, governance reporting, risk management, and change management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methodologies, with experience across Waterfall and Agile considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project scheduling, collaboration, portfolio management, backlog management, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification, completed or in progress, is an asset.
