Please note this is a fully remote role for a bilingual candidate (strong English and Japanese skills) based in Japan.

Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm operating internationally.

We specialise in the Technology and Capital Markets sectors and work with a wide variety of companies from innovative start-ups to global household names. This position is for our Technology/Fintech department.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and ambitious individual to join our team in Singapore remotely from Japan to help expand our recruitment presence in Singapore and specific areas within the IT and Fintech sector. Our client base is deep, exclusive, and many have partnered with us for more than a decade.

Technology Recruitment Consultant role is dynamic, collaborative, and offers significant career growth potential. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Delivery and Business development including expanding our presence within the region with backing from extremely successful team in UK and Singapore.

• Global collaboration with our existing clients, top-tier investment banks and Tech companies with strong focus on Asian markets.

• Networking and building relationships with key individual talent.

• Developing and demonstrating strong market knowledge – staying informed about key industry developments and growth areas.

• Facilitating discussions between clients and candidates.

• Supporting client/account management

• Collaborating closely with colleagues as part of a highly integrated team.

• Market mapping and identifying talent pools.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Technology/Fintech recruitment.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Resilient, hard-working, and dependable.

• A self-starter with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Prior experience working in a recruitment agency, consultancy, or executive search environment.
