Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position based in Wavre (1300), with 1-2 remote days per week. As an IT Services Specialist, you’ll be a go-to technical contact for our clients, owning their requests end to end with real day-to-day autonomy. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling level 1 and 2 support (M365, Google Workspace, workstations, network, hardware), following each request through to closure and escalating when needed.
• Administering client tenants on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Google Workspace (accounts, licenses, permissions, access policies, email).
• Deploying and maintaining Windows and macOS workstations, ideally via Intune or similar tools, and running client onboarding/offboarding.
• Independently handling on-site installations, network troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Implementing security policies (MFA, conditional access, backups) and responding to security alerts.
• Contributing to migration and digital transformation projects.
• Writing technical documentation and training end users.
• Taking part in the team’s on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, ideally at an MSP or in a multi-client environment.
• Strong command of Windows and macOS.
• Solid hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 / Entra ID; Google Workspace is a plus.
• Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical issues simply and reassure users under pressure.
• Autonomous, rigorous and service-minded.
• Assets: Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104), PowerShell scripting, email deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), driving license.
