Condução e execução de atividades técnicas relacionadas a entrega do projeto

Responsável técnico por projetos de média e alta complexidade

Elaboração e apresentação de documentos técnicos dos projetos para o cliente

Atuação em incidentes e resoluções de problemas relacionados a projetos.

Escalar e acompanhar chamados juntos aos fabricantes relacionados a projetos.

Atividades em campo como vistória, site surveys, instalações e janelas de manutenção programadas

Atividades de passagem de conhecimento para time de suporte interno e clientes sobre solução implantada.

Requisítos

Esperado que tenha o domínio relevante da tecnologia de NGFW, Palo Alto

Esperado que tenha conhecimentos em soluções SASE/SSE.

Ter experiência comprovada em desenho de soluções de projetos NGFW

Ter conhecimento comprovado com soluções Palo Alto, Checkpoint e Fortinet

Experiência em suporte e desenhos de soluções

Experiência em implementação de Projetos de enterprise voltados NGFW

Elaboração de Documentação (LLD, HLD) para projetos

Elaboração de apresentação de passagem de conhecimento

Desejável ter conhecimento em soluções de virtualização (básico)

Desejável conhecimento em roteamento, estático e dinâmico(OSPF, BGP)

Habilidades e Atributos

Conhecimentos sólidos de condução de projetos

Organizado, comprometido, boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

Habilidade para focar no atendimento ao cliente

Trabalho em equipe, que saiba correr atrás de soluções para os contratempos que possam surgir

Boa capacidade de aprendizado

Habilidade para trabalhar sobre pressão

Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe com pessoas multidisciplinares

Inglês

Qualificações Acadêmicas e certificações

Graduação na área de tecnologia

Certificações de segurança ou cibersegurança serão um diferencial

Certificações de segurança Palo Alto

Certificações Checkpoint ou Cisco serão diferencial
