Job Description
Endurance is growing! We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Richmond to join our services team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern infrastructure solutions for a diverse client base. This role serves as the lead engineer on infrastructure projects, working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote with up to 50% of travel to client sites
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies.
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, network, and systems issues.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
- Managed services/consulting experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, firewalls, wireless technologies, backup/recovery, and IT security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft, VMware, Aruba, or SonicWall certifications are a plus
