- You have a deep knowledge of Linux OS and also a good knowledge of Windows
- You have a strong understanding of networking and hardware
- You have experience across 1st to 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting
- You have a good working knowledge of security best practices
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
