- Lead complex infrastructure projects from discovery and requirements through architecture, business case, planning, implementation, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
- Drive modernization by reducing technical debt, standardizing platforms, increasing automation, improving observability, and adopting cloud services where they provide clear business and operational value.

- Lead incident response and problem management for major infrastructure issues, coordinate technical recovery, communicate business impact, and ensure root causes and corrective actions are addressed.
- Develop and test infrastructure disaster recovery and continuity capabilities in partnership with business, application, cybersecurity, and site stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce infrastructure engineering standards, architecture patterns, change control, configuration management, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Partner with Cybersecurity on secure architecture, vulnerability remediation, access controls, segmentation, logging, and compliance requirements while maintaining clear accountability for infrastructure delivery and operations.
- Manage infrastructure vendors and service providers, including technical evaluation, scoping, performance oversight, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization.
- Provide concise, decision-ready updates on project status, service health, risks, costs, dependencies, and recommended actions to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
