Infrastructure Network Services Engineer III

Job Summary:

Responsible for varied engineering assignments requiring knowledge of an engineering specialty. Uses and applies advanced engineering principles and has a working knowledge of advanced technical research within a particular field of specialization. Plans, conducts and coordinates engineering assignments. Participates in planning objectives. Evaluates complex, special and advanced engineering tasks. Investigates and advises on unusual and difficult problems encountered in an engineering practice.

Main Tasks:

• Manages development and execution task-based assignments or projects in the order which received and/or based on criticality.

• Collaborates with multiple departments for new infrastructure builds and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

• Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions.

• Advises with managers status updates, issues and/or concerns.

• Will assist in maintaining and updating documentation.

• Administers onsite and remote assistance as needed.

• Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions.

• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

• Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
