We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer whose primary responsibility is to drive operational efficiency through AI, automation, and technology across our businesses and our clients' operations. This role is focused on identifying inefficiencies, eliminating manual processes, and building scalable solutions that improve productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to automate, streamline, or eliminate manual workflows across our businesses and client environments.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and end-to-end workflow automations.
• Develop API integrations connecting business applications, databases, and internal and client systems.
• Build web scraping, browser automation, and data extraction solutions using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup.
• Leverage leading AI models, including OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Gemini, and emerging LLMs to solve business problems.
• Develop solutions using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, and other automation frameworks.
• Build reliable, scalable automations with appropriate monitoring / security, error handling, and human oversight.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and measure the impact of implemented solutions on time savings, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical expertise in AI/LLMs, Python, APIs, system integrations, web scraping, and workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of AI models, agentic frameworks, and modern automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and understand business requirements.
• Business-minded, proactive, and execution-oriented, with the ability to independently identify inefficiencies and build solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Comfortable working directly with internal teams and clients to understand processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
