Rattaché(e) au Manager Projets, l'ingénieur projets est le chef d’orchestre en charge de tout un processus de production, depuis la conception jusqu'à la livraison finale au client.

Votre mission

Être l’interlocuteur opérationnelle avec le client

• Comprendre les besoins, les exigences et les priorités du client,
• Vérifier la correspondance entre les exigences du client et notre capacité à les réaliser,
• Enoncer le cas échéant au client les risques de non faisabilité de manière explicite et convaincante.

Participer à l’étude de faisabilité :

• Participer à la conception de la matrice de conformité (exigence, impact, faisabilité),
• Aider le chef de projet à évaluer la faisabilité technique et les ressources nécessaires.

Être acteur dans l’organisation du projet :

• Participer activement à la définition du budget, à la rédaction du planning et à l’analyse de risque,
• Proposer des actions de mitigation cohérentes et réalisables.

Superviser les différentes étapes de production :

• Assurer le pilotage et le suivi des actions clés des études dans la définition du design,
• Suivre de près les qualifications réalisées et en tirer le retour d’expérience au regard des questions que pourrait poser le client et inscrire cela dans la documentation contractuelle qui sera soumise au client,
• Piloter le bon lancement des approvisionnements longs et normaux et s’assurer de la réalisation en qualité des produits et services fournis,
• Tracer les écarts identifiés et demander un positionnement à la qualité,
• S’assurer du suivi de la qualité des fournisseurs. Lorsque c’est nécessaire, réaliser avec la qualité une surveillance renforcée auprès d’un fournisseur déficient,
• Préparer le « GO PROD » qui va permettre le déclenchement de la production des machines et assurer le suivi de la bonne réalisation conformément au planning,
• Fédérer et participer aux essais de qualification, de performance et d’endurance,
• Participer et rédiger les procès-verbaux relevant de sa compétence puis concaténer l’ensemble des PV et s’assurer de la cohérence et la conformité aux exigences,
• Participer au retour d’expérience (REX) de chacune des étapes et particulièrement le REX final afin de faire évoluer les documents supports.

Votre profil :

• Disposer d’un niveau bac + 5, (de préférence un diplôme d'ingénieur)
• Expérience supérieure à 5 ans à un poste similaire, dans un environnement industriel (idéalement le nucléaire et/ou le Oil and Gas),
• Habilitations nucléaires seraient un atout : SCN, CSQ et RP1,
• Détenir des connaissances approfondies dans différents domaines techniques : Hydraulique, Mécanique, Electrique, chaudronnerie-soudure, peinture ainsi que l’ensemble des normes qui les régissent,
• Détenir des connaissances techniques sur les activités industrielles telles que Oil & Gas et nucléaire,
• Connaître et comprendre les outils de conception assisté par ordinateur,
• Savoir être disponible, réactif, bon communicant, autonome et force de proposition,
• Être capable d’adapter son discours technique face à son interlocuteur (expert ou amateur)
• Être pédagogue, synthétique et convainquant,
• Maîtriser l’anglais (Lu, écrit, parlé).
