Company Description

OneRehab is a specialist consulting provider of Injury Management services, partnering with insurers, rehabilitation providers and healthcare professionals to support recovery, improve functional outcomes and help individuals return to the activities that matter most following an injury.

We believe in focusing on a person's abilities, capacity and potential for recovery. Through collaboration, innovation and evidence-based practice, we aim to help individuals navigate their recovery journey and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Injury Management Advisor to join our team in the NSW Compulsory Third Party (CTP) scheme, working with one of our international insurance clients.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents. You will work closely with claims teams, healthcare professionals and rehabilitation providers to support effective injury management, promote recovery and achieve positive outcomes.

You will also play an important role in coaching and upskilling claims teams, sharing your clinical knowledge and helping drive best-practice injury management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review treatment, rehabilitation and care needs to support recovery and functional improvement.
  • Coach, mentor and upskill claims teams to support effective injury management and best-practice claims decision-making.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including medical practitioners, allied health professionals and rehabilitation providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support recovery, functional independence and successful return to work.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of injury management and rehabilitation practices and programs.
  • Deliver training and education to claims teams, rehabilitation providers and other stakeholders as required.
  • Apply relevant legislation, guidelines and regulatory requirements within the NSW CTP scheme.

About You

You are a confident and collaborative professional who enjoys building relationships, sharing knowledge and influencing positive outcomes. You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and are passionate about supporting people through their recovery journey.

You will ideally have:

  • Qualifications and experience in occupational rehabilitation, physiotherapy, occupational therapy or another relevant allied health discipline.
  • Experience in injury management, rehabilitation, the NSW CTP scheme or an insurance environment (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and positively influence stakeholders.
  • Confidence in coaching, mentoring and delivering training to others.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for achieving positive recovery outcomes.

Location and Working Arrangements

This role is based in our Parramatta office, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes working from home.
