About The Role
We are seeking Inpatient Quality Analyst to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full-time, remote role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Certified Inpatient Medical Coder you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and compliant medical coding for our healthcare clients.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies
Qualifications
Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of BS Nursing with active PRC license
Must have an active medical coding certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC)
Minimum of two (2) years experience in inpatient medical coding
Minimum of two (2) years experience as Auditor/QA in inpatient coding account
