Inside Merchant Growth Specialist The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist (IMGS) drives same-store sales growth by managing remote merchant relationships, coaching utilization, and maintaining consistent outbound engagement. Success is measured by increased funding activity and predictable portfolio performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Grow funded volume within assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM) Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retention Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners Proactively identify and address performance or engagement gaps Coach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoption Monitor trends and intervene to sustain production growth Execute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagement Maintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritized pipeline Minimum Requirements & Qualifications • Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal. • Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume. • Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Computer literate and able to operate common office machines. • Minimum Age: 18 years old • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience • Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
