At Röhlig Netherlands, approximately 25 people work across two locations in Rotterdam and Hoofddorp.

For our sales team in Rotterdam, we are looking for an Inside Sales colleague to support new business development and deliver responsive, accurate customer solutions.

What you will do:

• Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, proposals and rate requests, including coordination with overseas offices.
• Qualify sales leads, coordinate customer appointments and follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Manage customer master data, contracts, rates and auto-rating information across relevant systems.
• Handle quotation requests from initial requirements and carrier selection through to timely follow-up.

What you bring:

• At least two years of experience with freight forwarding operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and coordination skills.
• An accurate, proactive approach and confidence working with customers and commercial colleagues.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
