Inside Sales Agent — Life Insurance, $75K–$300K+

About the Role

This is an inside sales role done entirely from home. You'll work by phone and Zoom with people who requested information about life insurance. There's no cold calling and no travel.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with people who requested coverage information
• Assess each client's needs and budget
• Present options from our 60+ carrier partners
• Complete applications and keep your pipeline organized

Training & Support

Full onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.

Compensation

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Qualifications

• Must live in the U.S. (Alexandria, VA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
