Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects and clients. Develop and maintain client relationships. Generate leads and set appointments. Close sales and meet or exceed KPIs. Accurately update CRM systems with client information and progress. Call center experience within the past 2 years (essential). Ability to adapt English accent to American English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpretation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms. Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS download/upload) and functional home office setup.
