Inside Sales – Electrical Distribution
Full-Time | Remote
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, positive attitude, and effective problem‑solving.
Handle customer issues and order concerns promptly and diplomatically.
Use company and customer pricing systems to prepare accurate quotes for standard and non‑standard products.
Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and promote new or additional products.
Present and explain product features using samples, catalogs, or technical information.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
Support branch and company promotions to drive sales.
Keep accurate daily records of reimbursable expenses.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
Ability to read and interpret technical information, product data, and industry publications.
Comfortable presenting information and answering questions for customers and internal teams.
Education & Experience
1–2 years of electrical distribution sales experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
