Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proactively identifying, prospecting, and developing new title insurance business opportunities for Title Resources Group (TRG). Through high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, lead qualification, and relationship-building activities, the Inside Sales Representative will generate and cultivate new business opportunities, educate prospects on TRG's underwriting solutions and value proposition, and schedule introductions and meetings for sales and agency representatives. This role plays a critical part in expanding TRG's agent network and supporting the company's growth strategy. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager, Agency Representatives, Sales Leadership, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities into active business relationships. This position is hybrid and requires working from the Dallas office 2–3 days per week. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up to identify potential new title insurance agency relationships. Identify and contact independent title agencies, attorneys, escrow companies, and other settlement service providers within assigned markets and territories. Generate and qualify new sales leads by assessing agency size, production volume, market presence, geographic coverage, and alignment with TRG's underwriting capabilities. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective title insurance agents and agencies through consistent outreach and relationship management. Schedule introductory meetings and business-development discussions between qualified prospects and Agency Representatives or Sales Leadership. Develop a strong understanding of TRG's underwriting solutions, technology platforms, training resources, and operational support offerings in order to effectively communicate TRG's value proposition. Research market opportunities, identify competitive relationships, and uncover agencies that may benefit from changing or adding underwriting partnerships. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline and increase conversion rates. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including outbound calls, conversations, appointments scheduled, qualified leads generated, and pipeline growth objectives. Utilize CRM and sales tools to document prospecting activities, customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up requirements. Collaborate with Marketing to support lead-generation campaigns and effectively engage marketing-generated leads. Monitor industry trends, agency activity, market developments, and competitive intelligence within the title insurance and real estate industries. Provide regular pipeline updates, market feedback, and prospect insights to leadership. Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and professional development activities. Deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience that positively represents the TRG brand. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. 2+ years of inside sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience required. Experience within title insurance, title agency operations, real estate, mortgage lending, escrow, settlement services, or related industries strongly preferred. Demonstrated success conducting cold calls and proactive prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging in consultative sales conversations with prospective customers. Strong ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and develop professional relationships over the phone and through virtual communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities simultaneously. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable performance goals. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, or similar systems. Working knowledge of title insurance products, agency operations, and the real estate transaction process preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, operations, and leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales enablement tools.
