Inside Sales Specialist

Are you a sales professional with a track record in increasing sales within a SaaS technology organisation? PaperCut’s Inside Sales team works with our Sales Development team on our inbound and outbound sales cycle. Do you love converting marketing-qualified leads into new customers and turning existing customers into repeat business? If so, we want to hear from you. Some of the things you'll do... Present our cloud product to a potential customer leading to a sale. Call an existing customer to upsell them to a newer/more appropriate product. Attend a product training meeting to ensure you stay on top of product updates. Hold a funnel meeting with one of our Authorised Partners. Work with a Partner Manager to guarantee a renewal is signed. A little bit about you... You have experience working in a SaaS sales environment. You have experience working in a high volume call environment. Your customer relationship skills position you as a trusted PaperCut expert with Partners at all levels. Your desires to hit targets pairs nicely with your careful and well thought out style. You can position technology products and services to the target audience.
