What we need…

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Lead who thrives in product management, project coordination, and client service. The ideal candidate will take ownership of product upgrades and releases, build strong vendor relationships, collaborate across teams, and drive initiatives from planning and testing through successful deployment. You will work with a diverse portfolio of financial technology solutions, including Fiserv Apps, Verafin, Saratoga Lake Pathfinder, Abrigo BSA, FIS Qualifile, Attus WatchDOG, check ordering platforms, and credit card support services.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product and application release upgrades, ensuring deployments are completed successfully and on schedule.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal testing efforts, including the development and assignment of testing scripts to team members.
  • Communicate with Internal teams and clients throughout the upgrade process, including testing coordination, deployment notifications, and post-deployment validation.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of product roadmaps and version releases to proactively plan future upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain deployment procedures as well as testing and upgrade procedures.
  • Create and manage project plans for new deployments, product implementations, and version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure product enhancements and upgrades are successfully delivered and adopted.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3-5 years’ experience in a related role

The salary range for this job is $76,600-$103,500. This is a hybrid position in Southington.
