Position Overview The Senior Technician leads complex installations, provides advanced troubleshooting, and mentors apprentices and associates. This role ensures projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead installation and commissioning of advanced fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems. Mentor and train apprentices and associates on technical skills. Ensure installations meet NFPA, state, and local codes. Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and customers. Provide advanced diagnostics and problem resolution. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive. Education & Experience 4–6 years of fire system installation experience. NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of code compliance and system integration. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
