Job Description

The Deployment Services Installation Analyst is responsible for scheduling the activities of the DS rigging teams, taking into account the various project needs and priorities. Due attention should be given to the skillsets of the DS Rigging team members and geographical considerations.

We are seeking a project support professional to supervise operational aspects of Deployment Services rigging teams. The successful candidate is expected to be a self-starter and have organizational, communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounts, under direction of the Field ATM Installations Manager
• Ensure all requests for surveys, ATM IMAC activities and joint meets are scheduled
• Provide internal quotes for requested works
• Provide completion reports to DS project teams
• Ensure non-standard travel requirements e.g. flights, ferries, accommodation are secured
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DS Rigging requirements.
• Provide timely updates.
• Build effective communication channels with internal teams.
• Escalate priority decisions to DS management, if necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with deployment procedures.
• Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by the Employer.

Experience Required

• +5 years' of experience in a logistics background, with emphasis on ATM delivery & installations.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to focus on performing required tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team setting and as an independent contributor.
• Ability to work with internal partners at various levels, including management.
• Ability to support team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
