In this role, you'll serve as a key link between homeowners, sales teams, installation partners, and project coordinators. You'll perform job-site inspections, verify project requirements, support installation teams, and help ensure every customer receives the high level of service and craftsmanship that Pella is known for.

What You'll Do

Installation & Quality Support

• Conduct pre-installation job-site inspections and order verification activities.
• Assess homes for conditions such as water intrusion, rot, mold, and other installation-related concerns.
• Confirm accurate measurements and job-site readiness for installation.
• Support installation teams by resolving field issues and helping maintain project timelines.
• Provide installation recovery and service work when needed.
• Perform installation work on select projects when appropriate.
• Audit installation quality and provide feedback to leadership teams.

Customer Experience

• Serve as a trusted Pella representative on job sites.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and set realistic expectations regarding the installation process.
• Collaborate with customers to address and resolve site-related concerns before installation begins.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on achieving complete customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with sales consultants, project coordinators, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with training and development activities for sales and installation partners.
• Support subcontractor onboarding and ongoing quality initiatives.
• Deliver materials or missing components to job sites when necessary to support successful project completion.

Safety & Equipment

• Maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction, remodeling, installation, or related field experience.
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices and terminology.
• Experience taking accurate measurements and evaluating job-site conditions.
• Experience using common power tools such as circular saws, miter saws, drills, and pneumatic nail guns.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, smart devices, and mobile applications.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school certification, or equivalent experience.
• Window and door installation or replacement experience.
• Remodeling, carpentry, or exterior construction experience.
• Experience working directly with homeowners on residential projects.
• Experience supporting subcontractors or installation crews.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to travel throughout the Austin market to customer homes and project sites.
