Technical Support – Car Audio / Automotive Electronics (12V) Full-time Remote - Philippines We are looking for expert car audio and automotive electronics (12V) technicians to provide remote technical support to customers in the United States. About the Company We are a U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in aftermarket car audio, with a large customer base and products from well-known brands in the automotive audio industry. We work directly with customers who are passionate about car audio, and we’re looking for technicians who truly understand real-world installations — not just theory. Requirements Proven, hands-on experience installing car audio systems. Practical knowledge of: - Amplifiers - Subwoofers - Speakers - DSP (Digital Signal Processors) - Factory radio integration - Wiring and speaker enclosures Familiarity with recognized brands such as: -Kicker, JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC (or other equivalent brands) Ability to diagnose installation issues. Advanced English (spoken and written). Strong written communication skills for emails and chat. Own computer and stable internet connection. Responsibilities Respond to technical support emails and/or calls. Assist customers with: - Equipment compatibility - Installation guidance - Basic setup - Troubleshooting and problem resolution Maintain clear, professional, and customer-focused communication.
