Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Technician Level 2, you are well-versed in the technical specifications of various fire alarm and security products. You can efficiently diagnose system malfunctions and efficiently troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
You play a critical role in conducting system tests and inspections to verify that installations meet regulatory requirements and adhere to safety standards. Your attention to detail and adherence to protocols contribute to the reliable performance of the systems you work on.
Requirements
Observe all safety procedures and use equipment properly
Maintain company vehicle and tools
Create a positive customer experience
Document and address customer concerns
Manage customer expectations
Research, understand and define the client’s needs
Maintain a clean work environment and facility
Provide accurate time and cost estimates to customers
Utilize POS system to maintain accurate records of work
Track service hours
Attend team meetings and report on projects
Follow the guidelines set in the Employee Handbook
Periodically available for after-hours emergency call
