Institutional BD Lead - Remote – London/Berlin or Europe (Remote)

Plexus is partnered with a growing digital assets company focused on institutional investment opportunities and RWA tokenization across the crypto ecosystem.

They're looking for an Institutional BD professional to drive new business, develop relationships with institutional investors and build strategic partnerships across the digital asset market.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, manage pipelines and funnel deals to Head of GTM
• Grow your network across tier-1 financial institutions
• Sustain consistent pipeline and hit KPI-driven revenue targets

Requirements

• Around 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Background in crypto, fintech or institutional financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital assets and onchain finance

Offer/Benefits

• $80-130k USD (base salary)
• Strong KPI-driven commission structure
• EOR/Direct Employment (UK/Germany) or EOR via Deel (Europe)
