About the Role
We're looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our Sales Enablement team and support learning initiatives across all business units. In this role, you'll partner closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that accelerate seller performance and drive revenue outcomes.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in one of our offices in Stockholm, Paris, or London.
What You'll Do
Design and develop engaging, scalable learning content — including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, playbooks, battle cards, videos, and blended learning programmes — for sales audiences across multiple BUs
Partner with sales leaders, product, and other SMEs to conduct needs analyses and translate complex information into clear, learner-centred content
Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure content drives measurable behaviour change
Build and maintain curriculum in the LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organised
Collaborate with the broader Sales Enablement team to align learning to sales plays, product launches, onboarding, and skills development initiatives
Measure and report on learning effectiveness, using data to continuously improve content and delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a sales enablement, revenue enablement, or B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate) and video tools (e.g. Camtasia, Loom)
Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g. Workramp, Highspot, Salesforce, Seismic)
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can make complex topics accessible and compelling
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business units and levels of seniority
A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to evaluate and improve learning programmes
Based in or able to commute to Stockholm, Paris, or London for 2–3 days per week
Expertise with AI-powered learning tools or content creation platforms to help scale impact and deliver faster.
