Your role in our mission
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
- Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
- Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
- Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.
What we're looking for
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design.
- Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and learners
- Presentation skills to train and educate employees
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Good multi-media and desktop software skills to design training materials

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and reduce to teachable segments

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
