- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, adult learning theory) to make content clear, practical, and accessible
- Upload, test, and maintain courses in Workday Learning; support enrollments, assignments, and completion tracking
- Review and update existing training content to keep it current and accurate
- Complete other Talent & Development projects as needed

- Working knowledge of Articulate 360 or a comparable eLearning authoring tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise content
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities
- Collaborative team player who takes feedback well and takes ownership of projects
Nice to have:

Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they use AI in their instructional design work. This includes:
- Practical ways they have used AI tools to draft outlines, storyboards, assessment questions, scripts, or first drafts of training content
- How they verify AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and alignment with learning objectives before it reaches learners
- How they decide when AI is appropriate for a task and when it is not, particularly with confidential or proprietary information
- How they have picked up new tools and shared what works with teammates
- Bonus: an example of an AI-assisted workflow they initiated, and the time or quality benefit it produced
Compensation Range
$55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
