Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience in sales or customer service preferred. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION : Base salary of $34-50k annually, depending on experience Expected annual earnings of $60-80k (or more!) This is a hybrid role, requiring some in-office work. Candidates must be local to our agency. Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
