The Role

You'll talk with people who requested life insurance information, over phone and Zoom, and help them choose a plan from 60+ carriers. No cold calling.

Training

Full onboarding and a mentor for your first live calls.

Compensation

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Sterling Heights, MI area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
