Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers by phone, text, email, and virtual meetings Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Follow up on agency-provided leads and opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service Consistently work toward individual sales goals and performance metrics Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and self-discipline Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally Ability to learn sales processes and product knowledge quickly Insurance licensing will be required; licensing assistance is available Why Join Our Team? About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX. Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F. I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Texas State University. We currently have 9 team members at our agency. We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
