Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has immediate openings for Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorneys at any of its California office locations. The position may be full time, part time, or contract, depending on the candidate’s needs and we welcome all experience levels to apply. Our collaborative atmosphere and strong technical platform fully support remote work. Candidates must possess a strong analytical ability; have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills; and a commitment to client service. Additionally, strong academics and organizational skills are required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. These positions can be based in any of our U.S. offices with remote flexible options for successful candidates. As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
