Insurance Data & AI Advisor — P&C

About the role: We’re looking for a trusted advisor to work alongside our client executives and account managers supporting large and mid-market P&C carriers and brokers. You’ll sit in conversations with CIOs and CDOs, understand their data and AI ambitions, and help them structure programs that actually deliver business value.

What you’ll do:
• ⁠Partner with account teams to shape data and AI strategies for carrier clients
• ⁠Advise CIOs and CDOs on building the right data foundation — governance, quality, architecture — before the AI layer
• ⁠Sequence initiatives so early wins build credibility and show measurable value
• ⁠Translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams
What we’re looking for:
• ⁠Deep P&C insurance experience — underwriting, claims, actuarial, or distribution
• ⁠Hands-on work with data and AI programs, not just theory
• ⁠A track record of earning CIO-level trust as an advisor
• ⁠Comfortable in a sales-adjacent role without being a traditional salesperson

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Total years of experience: 20+ years with 10+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or advisory roles within the consulting or technology industry
