Overview : We are seeking an experienced Insurance Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of technology and business solutions for insurance clients. The role involves managing large-scale programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering strong client relationships while contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management. Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value-driven delivery. Key Requirements: Strong experience in insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Health) with a deep understanding of industry processes. Proven track record in managing large delivery programs and client engagements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in handling distributed teams and working in global delivery models. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L responsibilities. Ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions.
