Insurance Financial Advisor

We’re a fast growing, client-focused advisory business looking for a Financial Adviser / Insurance Adviser to join our team. We are looking for someone who is good-natured, honest, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Auckland. You’ll be working with clients across life, health, and personal risk insurance, helping them make informed decisions and putting tailored protection in place.

We provide:

• New client leads (approximately 20 warm leads/week with fluctuations)
• Training and ongoing support
• CRM system and well organised resources
• Flexibility to work hybrid or remote once trained
• Ongoing mentoring and development to increase conversion and retention
• Compliance and QA

What we are looking for:

• Hold current certificate in Financial services (Level 5) specialising in life, health and disability insurance
• Strong people skills and a client-first mindset
• Honest, ethical, and values-driven approach
• Comfortable reaching out to clients
• Willingness to learn

Remuneration

Remuneration is commission-based only, with very competitive splits on both company-provided leads and any clients you bring with you. Indicative earnings for our associate advisers are between $90,000 – $200,000 per year.
