Insurance Processing / Broker Support (NZ) | Hybrid

Primary Purpose of the Role:

To support the broker role ensuring clients receive seamless quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support ensuring accuracy of information provided.

• Obtain quotes from insurers for new business and remarketing of existing business at renewal.

• Accurately process policy changes, eg new business, renewals, cancellations, etc.

• Manage Monthly Statement process in accordance with Credit Control procedures.

• Assist brokers to manage renewals in accordance with Renewal process procedures.

• Comply with Company standards, processes, procedures and policies.

• Adherence to IBANZ Code of Conduct.

• Adhere to the obligations required of a Financial Service Provider.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with New Zealand insurance industry

• Experience with multiple general insurance lines is highly preferred

• Experience with any insurance software or any CRM systems

• Understanding of insurance and insurance related products.

• Knowledge of relevant Acts and legal obligations.

• Computer literate – confident user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
