Insurance Renewal Caller – Part-Time
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Starting at 10:00 AM EST
- South Africa: 5:00 PM SAST when the US is on EST
- During US daylight saving time (EDT), this is 4:00 PM SAST
- Role: Contact insurance patients whose plans have expired and ask if they would like to renew.
- Make outbound calls to patients and confidently explain the renewal process.
- Follow up with patients by email where required.
- Maintain clear and professional communication and record call outcomes.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and very comfortable on the phone
- Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
- Good email communication and written English
- Previous insurance, healthcare, customer service or calling experience would be an advantage
