About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Johnson Agency, a Super Elite agency in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid role with full-time in-office training for the first 30 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule afterward.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative sales approach
• Work an established book of business to start, then build new referral partner relationships within the community
• Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience required
• Active Property & Casualty license required at hire
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
