About the Opportunity
Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Sayamphone Agency, a dynamic, Florida-based independent agency. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor role (commission only). The agency provides leading-edge personal lines and commercial/business insurance, with full support for new production so you can focus on growing your book of business.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business across a wide array of lines: homeowners, auto, and commercial/business
- Use consultative selling techniques to engage prospects, uncover needs, and offer tailored insurance packages
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, quote presentation, closing, and new production
- Meet and exceed production targets in a high-growth environment
- If you have an existing book of business, leverage your relationships to drive new growth opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Must be based in Florida
- Valid Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required
- 1+ years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- An existing book of business is a plus (but not required)
