The Zurita Agency, part of Brightway Insurance, is looking for motivated, results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Insurance Sales Agents.

Compensation Options
We offer two compensation structures based on your preferred employment arrangement:
- 1099 Independent Contractor: Commission-only compensation with unlimited earning potential.
- W2 Employee: $15 per hour plus commission, combining hourly pay with performance-based earning opportunities.

Both opportunities offer the ability to grow your income through new business production.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance using consultative sales techniques.
- Generate new business through provided leads, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for quotes, new business, and policy production.
- Stay current on carrier offerings, insurance products, and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred. Willingness to obtain licensing may be considered.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
