🔹 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

🔹 Pay Rate: $5.00 – $6.00 USD / hr

🔹 Languages: Fluent English & Spanish (Professional Level Required)

About the Role

Are you a bilingual insurance professional looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity with room for growth? We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Services Associate to join our remote team!

In this role, you will be essential in supporting day-to-day client servicing, managing documentation, and keeping agency records pristine.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Processing: Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and process policy documents efficiently.
• Proposal Preparation: Draft and organize proposals from incoming carrier quotes.
• Client & Account Support: Assist with daily servicing tasks to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• System Management: Maintain and update client profiles using Applied Epic (or related AMS tools).

Requirements

• Agency Management System (AMS) Experience: MUST HAVE hands-on experience using Applied Epic.
  

• Industry Background: 1–3+ years of recent experience in insurance processing, verification, or insurance-focused call center/customer service.
• Language Proficiency: Strong, professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Location: Must currently reside in the Dominican Republic.
• Key Skills: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
