Insurance Solution Architect Experience: 15+ Years Domain: Insurance – P&C, Life, Health & Specialty Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Insurance Solution Architect to lead solution architecture, consulting, and large-scale transformation initiatives for insurance clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep insurance domain expertise with strong Solution/Enterprise Architecture, cloud, digital transformation, and client advisory experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex insurance transformation programs. Define target-state architecture, integration strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints. Advise clients on insurance modernization, platform selection, digital transformation, and technology strategy. Lead discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders. Support RFPs, proposals, pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimates, and client presentations . Collaborate with sales, delivery, architecture, and insurance domain teams. Drive modern architecture practices including AWS, Azure, GCP, APIs, microservices, data, digital platforms, and AI/GenAI . Provide architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Insurance, or related field. 15+ years of insurance technology/business transformation experience . 8+ years of Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience . Strong knowledge of insurance processes including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Reinsurance . Experience leading large-scale insurance modernization programs. Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience. Experience with cloud-native and digital transformation solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, Fadata, or Insurity . Experience across P&C, Life, Health, Commercial, or Specialty Insurance . Experience with global Tier-1 insurance carriers and InsurTech ecosystems. Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled insurance solutions . Experience supporting strategic RFPs, proposals, and complex pre-sales engagements.
