We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated Insurance Virtual Assistants to join our team! Requirements Minimum requirements: • At least 2 years of general virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone. • Exceptional English communication skills • Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps • Experience in handling several CRMs • Experience in processing various types of insurances (health, disability, business, real estate/property, etc.) • Knowledgeable in the different terminologies used in this sector. Home office setup requirements: • Dedicated workstation/ workspace. • Noise-canceling headset • 50Mbps minimum internet speed • PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
