We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a member of our consulting team, you will work directly with Ireland based consultants to coordinate and manage the delivery of services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Provide day-to-day support services to the Defined Contribution consulting team for a portfolio of corporate pension and risk schemes.
- Coordinate administration services provided by the insurer in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor insurer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and act as an escalation point for service issues.
- Deal with consultancy queries received from employers, members, and other third parties.
- Liaise with insurers on all aspects of pension and risk plan matters.
- Draft correspondence and emails to clients on a range of consulting issues.
- Provide dedicated team and helpline phone support to answer member and client queries.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest level of service to our clients, consistent with their expectations and existing SLAs.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assist with projects as required.
What you need to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks in order to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to further studies or education, such as undertaking Qualified Financial Advisor qualifications.

- Previous experience in a similar role.Understanding of the pensions and life assurance markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, and insurers.
