The Paralegal / Executive Assistant provides integrated legal and executive support to the Vice President of Legal & Compliance Department. This role is responsible for legal documentation, research, and compliance tracking, while also managing executive-level administrative functions. The position requires a high level of discretion in handling confidential information, along with the ability to contribute thoughtful, innovative ideas that enhance processes and operational efficiency. You’ll be interacting with key players such as C-level executives from enterprise-level organizations which can expand your skills and network. Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Maintain organized legal records and contract databases. Support compliance monitoring and assist with regulatory filings and corporate governance requirements. Coordinate with external counsel and relevant stakeholders. Assist in due diligence and special legal projects. Executive Assistant Functions Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and email management. Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence. Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items. Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting. Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Confidentiality & Innovation Handle highly confidential and sensitive legal and business information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Exercise sound judgment in safeguarding data and communications. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative, practical ideas to enhance legal and administrative workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or executive assistant role. Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
