We are currently building a strong pipeline of candidates with experience in legal support and client intake functions across different legal practice areas.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Intake Coordinator, Legal Assistant, Case Manager, Client Services Specialist, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting law firms or legal service providers.
• Exposure to one or more practice areas such as:
• Personal Injury
• Immigration
• Family Law
• Criminal Defense
• Workers' Compensation
• Employment Law
• Civil Litigation
• Estate Planning & Probate
• Bankruptcy
• Real Estate Law
• Corporate Law
• Mass Tort
• Other legal practice areas
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume intake processes and case screening.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 or above preferred).

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using legal CRMs and case management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing client consultations, lead qualification, and case intake.
