Job Description:

Starting with day-one shadowing under Jorge to learn his sales workflow, the new hire will spend week one taking over outbound email cadences, cold calls, AI-driven lead sourcing, and booking product demos across South Florida.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Take over outbound email cadences.

• Conduct cold calls.

• Utilize AI for lead sourcing.

• Book product demos across South Florida.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior outbound sales experience.

• Fluent English and Spanish (C1, C2, or Native).

• Cold-calling capability.

Preferred Skills:

• AI lead-sourcing expertise.

• VR industry knowledge.

• Leadership potential.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET

20 hours per week
