Integrate user experience (UX) principles into the content development process to ensure that content provides effective learning experience for all users.
  • Work with the Behaviour Project Officer to ensure content is suited to the behaviour services and can be easily used, and all written materials are accessible and tailored to the specific learning needs of the target audience. Work with dog behaviour experts across the organisation to gather insights and feedback on content development.
