In this highly visible role, you will bring nVent’s capabilities together into a clear market story and help expand how customers and partners understand the value we provide across the data center ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to shape a growing global marketing program while working across a broad portfolio of electrical and infrastructure solutions.
** This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a hybrid work schedule of four days per week on-site in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. **
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

- Create and expand multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, engage priority audiences, generate demand, and support marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Shape nVent’s data center value proposition, messaging, and go-to-market story across white-space and gray-space applications in collaboration with teams across the business.
- Guide joint marketing activities with technology, industry, and infrastructure partners to strengthen nVent’s market presence.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and targeted programs that engage priority customers and support strategic opportunities.
- Manage the annual data center marketing budget and external agency relationships, balancing priorities across campaigns, projects, and regions.
- Evaluate campaign performance and translate results into insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Influence integrated marketing campaigns across global regions, creating consistent messaging while adapting programs to regional needs.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ideally 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibility across integrated marketing, demand generation, industry or vertical marketing, partnership marketing, or related work.
- Experience developing annual marketing plans and leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and improvement.
- Experience marketing within industrial manufacturing, electrical infrastructure, equipment, machinery, or other technical B2B markets; data center industry experience is a plus.
- Experience marketing physical products, equipment, or infrastructure solutions and translating technical capabilities into clear customer-focused messaging.
- Demonstrated success influencing teams across a complex, matrixed organization to move shared priorities forward.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships, multiple programs, and shifting priorities.
- Ability to travel ~35%, primarily for industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagement.
